We recently moved to Lexington from Nashville and choose Casey Weesner to help us find a home in Lexington. He did a fantastic job and made the process seem easy. He also helped us find a realtor in Nashville to sell our home there. We had such a great experience that we also recommended them to my sister who also just purchased a home using Casey. I couldn't recommend Weesner Properties enough! My husband and I are new to Lexington and we were referred to Casey by one of his coworkers. From our first conversation, he really understood what we were looking for as a young family. He took his time showing us properties and was so knowledgeable and honest about each one and the neighborhoods they were in. Moving is a job in itself and Casey truly made it an enjoyable experience. Even after moving in, he's been a wealth of knowledge of the area and people to know.

Working with Casey was such a great experience. We moved to Lexington from Florida with zero knowledge of the area. Casey helped us zero in on the best neighborhoods for us and found us a perfect house, all in a matter of a few weeks. Importantly, Casey isn't just looking to make a quick sale; he has a wealth of knowledge about zoning / land use and actually talked us out of a couple houses because the surrounding areas would be developed in the near future (if you're new to town, look up 'urban service boundary expansion'). Whether you're a local or moving to Lexington from out of town, I can't recommend Casey enough.

We recently moved from Versailles to Lexington. This was our first time to buy AND sell, and we cannot express how great Casey and the team at Weesner Properties made the process. Casey was always responsive and available to help us find what is now our dream home. Even when he was on vacation with his family, he readily had his sister arrange a tour of another home that we looked at prior to our purchase. They were up front and honest about home values and wouldn't hesitate to say, 'I think that's as high as we should go on this property'. They cared about us, and not just making a commission on a sale. Additionally, they helped us in learning how to submit great, competitive offers, and we felt very looked after and cared about. The selling process was a breeze too! Casey advised on the listing price to make us ultra competitive which in turn allowed us to sell our home for over asking! Great family. Great team! ❤

We used Crystal when we bought our home in Versailles, the experience we had was amazing and when we decided to sell the home 3 years later there wasn’t even a question on who we were going to use. I would recommend this company time and time again to people looking for a home or selling a home.
